One thing many Christians do not understand is that the law given on Mount Sinai was changed is no longer to be kept. But a New law was given to follow, an unconditional Life-giving law: The New Covenant.
So lets fully understand about the Law of the Old testament and the Law of the New testament, in doing so we will be able to understand and realize the great salvation of our God, Christ Ahnsahnghong.
Hebrews 8:7-8- For if there had been nothing wrong with the first covenant, no place would have been sought for another. But God found fault with the people and said: "The time is coming declares the Lord, "when I will make a New Covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah."
Hebrews8:13- By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.
This word shows that there are two covenants, 2 laws in the bible. Then, what is the difference between these two laws?? Through a careful study of the Bible let us the distinguish between the Law of Moses and the Law of Christ.

Moses Law: slaughter 1yr old lamb( Exo. 12:1-11) Christ Law: Bread and wine representing Christ body and blood ( Matt. 26:17-19,26-28)

Moses Law: Circumcision Christ Law: Baptism ( Col. 2:11-12) So it is clear that there still is a law that must be kept until the last day, it is the law of mercy and grace: New Covenant. Our Father Christ Ahnsahnghong restored the new covenant for our salvation. Without the law we cannot cannot come close to God, because the law leads us to Christ!( Gal.3:24) Let us thank our Father Christ Ahnsahnghong for letting us fully understand his plan of redemption and let us not be deceived any longer, and let us keep the law of Faith(New covenant) established by Christ Ahnsahnghong. |
The change in the law is so amazing. Most people believe the law is abolished or no longer effective. The old law is gone, however, the law of Christ Ahnsahnghong is the perfect law for our blessing and salvation. Its so clear and easy to understand!
